1. Who we are

RiceShots is operated by DK Web Design Ltd (Company Reg: 06971967, VAT: GB 111831063), Unit F1 Banister Hall Works, Higher Walton, Preston, PR5 4DZ. Contact: info@riceshots.com.

2. Products

• We sell prepacked dry herb and spice blends (seasoning sachets) and related multi-packs for home cooking.
• Product descriptions, ingredients, and allergen information on each product page form part of the contract. See also Allergens & labelling.
• Images are illustrative. Recipes marked draft are pending final batch sheets where noted on the site.

3. Orders and payment

• You need an account to checkout. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 (or have permission from a parent/guardian) and that your details are accurate.
• Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We take payment at checkout via PayPal (or any other processor we enable). Your order is accepted when we email a confirmation or show the order as paid in your account.
• We may refuse or cancel an order (for example stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud) and will refund any amount taken.

4. Delivery (UK)

• We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only — Free UK delivery. You must provide a complete UK delivery address at checkout. We do not ship internationally.
• Dispatch and delivery estimates on the site are guides, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes when they are delivered to the address you gave us (or collected if that option is offered).
• If a parcel is returned as undeliverable we will contact you; redelivery or refund may apply after deduction of reasonable return costs where permitted by law.

5. Cooling-off and returns

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you usually have 14 days after delivery to cancel distance purchases of goods and return them for a refund, unless an exception applies.
• Sealed food products that are unsealed after delivery are typically not returnable for hygiene reasons (CCR Schedule 3). Unopened sachets in sellable condition may be returned within the cooling-off period — contact us first for a returns address.
• Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose are not affected. Contact info@riceshots.com with your order number.

6. Allergens and food safety

We label ingredients and the UK’s 14 major allergens on product pages before you buy. You are responsible for checking labels against your own dietary needs. Packed in a kitchen that also handles sesame and celery — see the allergens page for the site-wide packing notice.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered, or for business losses if you use products other than as a consumer.

8. Accounts and acceptable use

• Keep your login secure and provide accurate contact details.
• Do not misuse the site (for example scraping, attacking, or placing orders in bad faith). We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. As a consumer you may also rely on mandatory protections of the country where you live.
